1) My Macintosh computer will NOT play the movie.
Sorry. The DRM code that protects the Windows Media Player (WMP) only works with PCs. I know that's not fair. I'm a Mac man, and I have to use my brother's PC to monitor the operation of the scenes.
2) Is my computer compatible? My WMV clip keeps shutting down.
Please be aware that we are using WMP clips that are protected by a DRM protection. The DRM protection prohibits our clips from being shared without us
being compensated. If you are having a problem playing your clips, it's probably because your computer is NOT compatable with DRM's system. Our server works fine.
Also, CODEC comes installed in the lastest WMP. We cannot install CODEC for you.
Please go to http://drmnetworks.com and check your computer's compatibility.
Also, CCBill has informed me that certain PC Operating Systems work better than others: Windows Server 2003, and Windows XP PRO x64 should work fine.
But, CCBill has stated that Windows XP Pro may not work properly.
3) What are the steps to viewing a movie, once tokens are purchased?
a. Choose the scene you want to see. b. You are then asked to type in your username and password (you get that when you purchase tokens). c. Press Enter. d. The next screen will tell you how much the scene cost & it will also tell you how much you have in your wallet. e. On the same screen, there is a box that says "spend credits." Once you hit the "spend credits" button, you must then hit the "play" button. The movie will then begin to play. Vaseline is optional!
4) How long are the scenes?
Each scene varies. The time length is stated in the members' section next to the models' name.
5) How long is a token?
However, most scenes will need approximately 20 tokens to view. It varies from scene to scene.
6) What to do if I'm having problems with my Tokens?
CCBill.com's support number is: 1-800-510-2859. Make sure you state that it is a DRM problem!
7) My Visa Credit Card is not being accepted.
We now accept VISA credit cards.
8) My favorite model and/or scene from your movie booty collection is not listed.
